Angie Harmon was an American model/actress who appeared in many films and series. In the beginning she was a model for professional use, but when she gained international recognition, she ventured into acting. She started her acting career with the 1995 television series called 'Baywatch Nights. She also does voice-acting and was the voice of the animated film "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker". Harmon quitted TV series in the year 2000 in order to focus on film. In the end, she appeared in just some films she went back to her television part. She was among few actors who taken a photo of themselves naked for the magazine "Allure" magazine in 2008. She is best known for her part as Detective Jane Rizzoli in the TNT series "Rizzoli & Isles.' As Detective Jane Rizzoli, she's been well-received, and has received numerous accolades. Her work as a detective has garnered several nominations throughout her career. She has also won a few distinctions.
