Ashley was two months premature and weighed 2 pounds, 8 inches. The hospital stay she was in ICU took a full month. The parents were told that her heart was going to need surgery on Christmas Day. Her parents went to the hospital at Christmas Day, they were informed by the doctors that her closed heart. Ashley was never in need for any surgery. She weighed 4 1/2 pounds. Ashley was released from the hospital after two hospitalizations. The girl is now in good health. Her father is German-English. Her mother's family is of Irish descent. In 2002, she made her debut in a commercial for her Salon Surprise Barbie Doll. Ashley was then scouted at age 8 by the Ford Modeling Agency. Ashley has been working steadily for The Ford Modeling Agency for a number of years. As a young girl She decided she would pursue acting. Ashley continued to work on 35 commercials before moving on to theatrical roles. Ashley currently has a love for acting. Ashley focused all her attention on acting. It left little time for modelling or dancing. Ashley's final appearance in ABC Family Pretty Little Liars was as "Hanna Marin". Ashley was as well in Romeo Miller's video (aka Lil Romeo), along with Solange's track"True Love. Britney was photographed with Ashley in Vogue Magazine. The NLT singer appears in their music video "That Girl".
